#05 — Blog Bytes is a series that shares ideas on living every day to its fullest.

Let’s do some math.

There are 7 days a week. If you get an extra hour of sleep each night, you will have cumulatively slept for an additional 7 hours by the end of the week. A whole extra night of sleep.

Let’s do some more math.

There are 52 weeks a year. If you consistently get an extra hour of sleep each night for the whole year, you will have cumulatively slept for an additional 364 hours by New Year’s Eve. In perspective, that’s a whopping 52 — fifty-two — extra nights of sleep.
