LYFE Professional Development Event

To kick off the new semester, SFU LYFE is excited to host a job searching keynote and networking event!

Join us and our guest speakers (reveal coming soon!) and hear about their journeys to landing positions at big companies like Microsoft and EA. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions you might have and receive insightful advice on what you can do now to prepare for your dream jobs.

LYFE Groups

LYFE Groups are small focus groups (3-5 people) that meet bi-monthly to dive into deep discussion related to personal and professional development. Topics can include time management, self-care, managing school, and others. Sessions last 45 minutes to an hour.

How to Monetize your passion event

Do you want to earn money while doing something you love, but not sure how?

SFU Knitting Club and SFU LYFE have collaborated to bring you a two-day workshop where you will learn all-things-entrepreneurship.

Summer Club Social

As always, SFU LYFE will be hosting a club social where students of all ages and faculties come together to chill and have a rocking time. If you’ve never been, now’s your chance!

After a brief introduction and icebreaker, we chat about personal, set goals for the semester… or whatever we happen to me wrapping our minds around. A lot of fun discussion. A LOT of games. Just a warning, be prepared to laugh 🙂
